About The Marine Bedding Company

Marine Bedding Company is owned and run by Tim & Karen Cheetham. We first met through boats in 1980 and have had an unbroken relationship with boats (and ourselves) ever since!!

Marine Bedding Company was established in 2003, but when personal tragedy struck our family in 2013, and our family of 4 became 3, we decided to re-evaluate our lives and do something we had enjoyed together for many years – boating! Marine Bedding Company was for sale – and the rest is history.

We have always believed that in the marine industry if the quality of the product is good and the service excels above all others, recommendation and reputation will follow – and so will orders! This is what we believe in:

Personal Service

For the majority of boating people it is their hobby, their leisure time, and Marine Bedding Company supports this by providing an exceptional customer service. Wherever feasibly possible, we personally visit your boat to template your requirements and, once manufactured, deliver in our own company van and fit on board. Hassle free for you!

Bespoke Products

All of our bedding, curtains, cushions and upholstery are crafted by hand in our own studios under Karen’s rigorous eye. We source all of our own fabrics, which are exclusive to Marine Bedding Company, so that we (and you) can truly claim that your soft furnishings are individual and unique to you.

Quality Mattresses

Our mattresses are designed to fit any size or shape, specifically crafted for marine use to minimise the retention of dampness, whilst providing full lumber support and a comfortable night on board.
